Description

Launched in early 2016, Dublin City Gin celebrates the exciting culture of the city. Created by a pair of gin enthusiasts that have long been in love with Dublin, the gin's botanical selection includes the finest juniper and coriander they could get their hands on, as well as rhubarb and grapefruit.

Nose

Juniper forwards, though there's a hint of fresh fruit growing in the background...

Palate

The rounded grapefruit and subtly tart rhubarb come to the fore, though fresh juniper sticks around for the fun.

Finish

A touch spicy and subtly peppered.
