Driftwood Distillery
A bright, flavoursome pink gin from The Netherlands, produced at the Driftwood Distillery. While many pink gins you come across these days will be sweet and fruity, this one boasts a punchy, spicy flavour profile. It's named after a small red bird, the rosefinch.
White pepper and juniper give it a spicy core, while a hint of angelica brings soft sweetness. Cardamom and coriander also join the party later on.
