Dornoch Experimental Batch Gin No.8 50cl

It's the awesome Batch #8 from Dornoch's impressive Experimental Batches range. These gins were all made in small batches from scratch at the small Dornoch distillery (no neutral grain spirit used at all!), and each batch is slightly different. Batch #8 is their light spirit featuring their core botanical selection (plus cinnamon), combined with an oilier spirit which was aged in a 100 litre juniper cask for eight weeks.
