Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Nutty nougat and light lychee sweetness. Familiar notes of pine resin (a bit like a forest in the middle of summer), followed by star anise.
Palate
Jammy orange as it opens. Slow rumbles of peppery juniper and crushed cardamom seed spiciness develop.
Finish
A clean finish of lime ‘n’ pine.
