Didsbury Manchester Tart Gin
A limited edition gin from Didsbury Gin created to celebrate Manchester Day on 23 June 2019, channelling the sweet treat that's known as a Manchester Tart! This is basically shortcrust pastry filled with raspberry jam, vanilla custard and coconut flakes topped off with a Maraschino cherry. Only 2,000 bottles were released, and it's fab in a G&T with a fresh raspberry to garnish. Or if you have a Manchester Tart to hand, perhaps use that!
