The third bottling from the Gin del Professore range, which seeks to reinvigorate lost styles of spirits production. Crocodile Gin represents the sweet Old Tom style of gin that was popular in the 19th century, and lists coriander, elderflower, Jamaican pepper and citrus that has been infused in unfermented grape juice among its core botanicals.
Robust yet fresh, juniper-forward and distinctively Old Tom, underpinned by vanilla, anise and five spice.
This is a number one favourite of mine - beautifully flavoured - and extra zesty
A good Italian Gin with a zesty taste. At first you tast Juniper... But then from the left and right you taste a sweet and bitter mix of liquorice. It works for me.
