The original gin from Defiance has been given a bit more of a punch with a Navy Strength expression! Sweet cicely, tangerine root and Douglas fir tips are all freshly foraged and distilled alongside a range of more traditional botanicals. Finally, in classic navy strength style, the tipple is bottled up at 57% ABV, making it a wonderful candidate for cocktails.
A big hit of cardamom spice and a good dose of pine, with citrus adding a touch of sweetness, with spice and anise returning on the finish.
