Vára Gin comes to us from Orkney's Deerness Distillery, and its name is the Old Norse word for 'becoming spring'. As such, its botanicals are super fresh and mainly floral, with elderflower, rose and lemongrass alongside grapefruit, tarragon and rosemary, among others.
