Description

Vára Gin comes to us from Orkney's Deerness Distillery, and its name is the Old Norse word for 'becoming spring'. As such, its botanicals are super fresh and mainly floral, with elderflower, rose and lemongrass alongside grapefruit, tarragon and rosemary, among others. Get the elderflower tonic out for this blushing gin!

Overall

Juniper is at the core, followed by a hit of cardamom spice and distinctive rosemary, with waves of florals and citrus in support.

Lovely flavours

Lovely pink gin I can taste the lemongrass and rose. Nice in summer with elderflower tonic
