From the Orkney based distillery Deerness comes Scuttled Gin! The special release was created to mark the 100 years of the scuttling of the WWI German High Seas Fleet in Scapa Flow, Orkney. The botanicals include tarragon, green pepper, mint, lavender and chamomile flower heads. The rolling orange waves on the bottle tell the story of the scuttling of the fleet, so you can enjoy a brief history lesson while you sip.

Juniper at the fore with a London Dry profile, cassia bark and pepper spice, floral lavender and lemon peel lead into a mint finish.
