Here we have Very Berry Scottish gin from Darnley's, and this limited edition tipple is the first in the Cottage Series, created by distiller Scott Gowans. The inspiration for the gin came from the Fife countryside that surrounds the Darnley's gin cottage, and the four signature botanicals are sloe berries, rosehip, elderberries and sugar kelp, the last of which is farmed off the nearby coastline. Both traditional distillation and vapour infusion are used to achieve an authentic flavour profile, bursting with berries. As you'd expect.
