Dancing Sands Saffron Gin
From Dancing Sands over in New Zealand comes Saffron Gin, a spicy and floral affair. Over an eye-watering 8,000 saffron crocus flowers are hand-picked to make one single batch. The base spirit is blended with rosebud infused water until it reaches 47% ABV. Then, saffron is combined with cardamom, which are infused into the liquid. Also, it's not just the bottle gleaming, the gin really is that wonderful golden hue.

Saffron bring notes of hay and loads of vibrant spice, followed by warming cardamom, sweeter floral rose and a somewhat buttery finish.
