Dancing Sands Dry Gin
From New Zealand's Dancing Sands distillery comes a gin combining eight hand-crushed botanicals, including manuka, almonds, cardamom and liquorice alongside more traditional botanicals. The gin is double distilled and botanicals are vapour infused, before the spirit is blended with water sourced from the Dancing Sands Spring. As always with Dancing Sands bottlings, the packaging is truly wonderful and colourful, meant to represent the botanicals in the gin.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
A good hit of juniper, with warming and spicy cardamom and coriander, a subtle hint of chocolate followed by a long, sweet and spicy finished, with peppercorn and liquorice intertwined.
