Dancing Sands Barrel Aged Gin 70cl

A fabulously complex gin from the wonderful Dancing Sands folks over in New Zealand. The gin has been aged for three months in two different hand-selected casks, both 14 year old Murderer’s Bay Gold Rum barrels and virgin French oak barrels. The ageing process does well to fully enhance all of the botanicals rather than overpower them, and the 48% ABV the flavours really do shine. We reckon this would be one to try in a Gin Old Fashioned.
