An oak aged gin from Dancing Cows, it has been aged in ex-Sherry casks and American oak chips have also been used. Like their Lymington Gin this works well in a Gin & Tonic, but also works well with ginger beer or neat.
Warming spice, fruity juniper, vanilla and dates.
