An organic oak-aged gin from the Dà Mhìle Distillery in Wales, which is matured for 6 months in casks which previously held single grain whisky. This maturation brings depth and warming notes to the herbaceous Welsh gin, somewhat similar to a jenever. A good choice for enjoying neat or perhaps over ice to get the most out of all those yummy cask-aged notes.

The best tasting gin I have tasted and I have tasted quite a lot. I wasn't sure so I firstly got a minature bottle at Xmas market but now I am hooked.
