From celebrated classical singer Katherine Jenkins comes a Welsh dry gin made near the artist's childhood home. The gin contains 22 botanicals, hence the name, including some sourced locally from the valleys. It also contains Manuka honey, an ingredient Jenkins selected herself, as well as pure Welsh water.
The beautiful glass bottle is inspired by a droplet of Welsh water and is designed to be reused after the last drop has gone. Stick some fairy lights in it or your favourite flowers. Then buy some more gin and make a Bees Knees cocktail by combining 25 ml of freshly squeezed lemon juice and 15ml of honey syrup with a measure of the gin (single or double depending on how strong you like it), and garnish with a lemon twist.
