Organic gin from Idaho, distilled from wheat grown on the organic and non-GMO 1,000 Springs Mill Farm. Botanicals include juniper, elderflower, lemongrass, coriander, orange, lime, rosebud, and angelica root making for a classic dry gin with elegant layers of citrus and florals. Bottled at a bold 47.8% ABV, this will shine in Martinis and the like.
