Crafty Distillery
A rather tasty gin from the Crafty Distillery in Dumfries and Galloway. They make their Hill & Harbour Gin using a base featuring their very own wheat grain spirit alongside a selection of 11 botanicals - the likes of Noble Fir Pine needles and Bladderwrack seaweed, among others. Surprisingly fruity, but well balanced with herbaceous notes making their way to the fore on the palate.
Fresh lime leads into a tropical fruit sweetness (Pineapple? Mango?), with a touch of sea salt, orris and piney juniper.

I used to think nothing would top Harris gin until I tried this! Highly recommend this smooth and tasy gin. This is our favorite.
One of the VERY BEST.....Try it with Raspberries !!!! & lots of crushed ice.
A fine gin. Subtle hints of pine and citrus and a lasting sweetness makes this lowland gin, albeit expensive, a delight. Highly recommended with lime and mango.
