Hugely citrus-forward gin from the South Downs, produced by the Corner 53 folks. Within this enjoyably sweet expression you'll find notes of pink grapefruit, pear, liquorice and juniper. To help buff-up the citrus elements, the distillers pass the vapour through the citrus flesh, helping the fruit flavours permeate the spirit.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Orange and lime, with a touch of juicy apple picked straight from the orchard. A crackle of juniper and touch of liquorice root steers it away from becoming overly sweet.
