This gin celebrates the Western Cape region's unique landscape, with local rooibos and Cape ruby grapefruit the star botanicals, alongside South African fynbos ingredients (fynbos is natural shrubland in the Western Cape) and African ginger root. Give it a splash of tonic and a wedge of grapefruit to garnish.
