It turns out that fruit and spice go extremely well together. So, though at first Mango & Black Pepper Gin may sound slightly off-the-wall, you can be sure that it's delicious! From the creative minds at Copper in the Clouds, the gin is made by macerating fresh mango in the spirit for three days, followed by a 24 hour maceration with four different types of black peppercorn. The funky artwork on the bottle is totally original, and pair this with any Indian tonic and you'll be just as happy as that pink bird on the label.

Loads of fresh, juicy mango, though a healthy wave of black pepper spiciness ensures it's not overly sweet, with a dash of citrus and spicy juniper alongside.
