This beautiful bottle is the Copper in the Clouds Distillery's flagship expression - it's very own Hertfordshire Dry Gin! Built around a British wheat spirit, the gin packs a hefty juniper punch, supported by earthy herbs and authentic citrus notes. Great in a G&T, though the Martini that anthropomorphic deer on the label does look pretty tempting...
Big wafts of piney juniper, balanced by vegetal coriander and orris. Touches of liquorice develop, along with vibrant lemon peel freshness.
One of the best craft gins I have tasted. The bottle looks good with the amazing artwork and wax sealing which adds to its uniqueness. Would be buying again and will due to the looks of the bottle is also excellent for gifting.
