Copeland Jones 1778 Navy Strength Gin
The Copeland Gin folks have created a Navy strength, cask-aged gin named after John Paul Jones, a well-known naval commander from the American Revolutionary War. The gin was first aged in Kentucky Bourbon casks for 120 days, before being moved over to Oloroso sherry casks for another 20 days, and then bottled at 57% ABV.

Citrus and dried fruit sit up front, followed by piney juniper, pink pepper and a touch of toffee.
