Country Irish Gin
Distillery/Brand Copeland

Copeland Irish Gin

A coastal inspired Irish gin from those Copeland folks! It features 12 organic and wild botanicals such as pine needles, cubeb berries, orange and lemon peel and sea pink maritima (a small purple flower) from local islands. It's a meticulous process, and after they're weighed out botanicals are then steeped in spirit for 15 hours before it's all whacked into the still. Finally it's bottled at 45% ABV and placed into this lovely vessel complete with a compass to point you in the right direction.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Juniper-forward, with waxy citrus peel coming through alongside a hint of candied citrus, with a warming and sweet spicy finish.

Reviews for Copeland Irish Gin
Copeland gin and Navy gin
I was fortunate to be introduced to these products in the last two years. I can say without any reservation that both of these gins are at the top end of all expectations with regards to quality and taste. The citrus flavours of the standard gin are beautifully created and
Are amazing on the palate. The navy strength, although a different animal, provides a subtle punch without losing the essence of the gin itself. I could not recommend them any higher, a winner.

The one that converted me!
I wouldn't have thanked you for a Gin until I discovered Copeland Irish Gin. Distilled in my home town, I had to give it a try. Instantly converted! The citrus flavours are outstanding making it very moreish. I like mine with a sprig of rosemary, twist of lemon peel and Fevertree Mediterranean Tonic. Get in!

Donaghadee delight
Special coastal gin, inviting you to reminisce about family trips to the seaside. Fish & chips, ice cream cones and auld fellas giving off about how warm it is. A classy example of what the ards peninsula has to offer the world.
