What do you get if you put a rhubarb stalk and a blackberry in Dr. Brundle's teleportation device at the same time? A rhuberry, of course!
OK, that maybe not be quite true. However, the Copeland Gin range from Donaghadee, County Down, has its very own Rhuberry Gin, which combines rhubarb and blackberry very handsomely indeed - no teleportation device necessary!

It’s a bit too tart for me unfortunately .. almost bitter, with no great flavour of rhubarb OR blackberry. I enjoy ‘pink’ gin, which is usually an indication of a sweet flavour, but altho packing a punch, for my pallet, it’s disappointingly tart.
No Juniper, tastes like Ribena and the liquid loses colour turning brown in the bottle. Won't ever buy again.

Love this gin ... you need to stock more of it in duty free in Belfast .... I live in Spain and I only get it when friends come to visit and I have introduced to my friends in Spain and they love it
