Heavy juniper influence, crisp and herbaceous. A wash of coastal flowers and zesty citrus peels develops afterwards (though peppery juniper persists throughout). Cooling mint leaf and a touch of macadamia nut sweetness.
Wife’s favourite gin by far. But watch out it’s a bit strong. Ideal for one large one before bed

WOW what a Gin, on it’s own just some ice and maybe a little orange peel, well done it’s different and fantastic. I have just not the Port barrelled Conker Gin, this is for the weekend treat, can’t wait. Well done Conker
