Capesthorne Rhubarb & Lavender Gin
The delightful duo of zingy rhubarb and floral lavender pair perfectly in this delicious gin from the Cheshire Distillery. Bolstered by a core of classic botanicals including coriander, juniper, angelica, and citrus, it boasts a wealth of tangy fruit and delicate florals. Superb for sumptuous G&Ts, and would work rather well with cloudy apple juice, we reckon.

Fragrant wafts of lavender open the way, with crisp juniper and delicate spice in tow. A lift of lemon zest and tart rhubarb brings a tangy edge, with prickles of pepper beneath.
