Castle Hill Rhubarb & Apple Gin
Another marvellous gin from Yorkshire's Castle Hill team – this time they've gone for a rather fruity flavour profile featuring the classic combo of rhubarb and apple! Not only that, you'll also find the likes of hibiscus, rosehip, elderberry, and more in here, too. A deliciously autumnal tipple, and one that will be great for long drinks, we reckon. Perhaps pair it with cloudy apple juice for full-on apple excellence...?
