Description

A fragrant gin from the Castle Hill range, Lady Grey benefits from the addition of bergamot, orange and lemon peel, orange blossom, and even black tea from the distillery's neighbours at the T&Cake tea rooms in Almondbury! A zesty tonic ought to pair with this one very well, though we can imagine it makes for an intriguing Negroni...

Overall

Delicately tannic black tea, with peppery juniper, floral citrus, and oily orange peel.
