The folks at Castle Hill Gin in Yorkshire have upped the anti, having combined the sweet citrus with tangy raspberries in this Blood Orange & Raspberry Gin – and it's a combination we can't believe we haven't seen more of. We can see this being very good in a Gin Smash, with plenty of raspberries and perhaps a sprig of rosemary if you're feeling adventurous.
