Cascave Cave Aged Gin
The folks at Cascave celebrate their rugged home in the Brecon Beacons with a range of gins, none more so than this cask-aged expression! The gin includes a host of Welsh botanicals and is distilled with water collected from the Dan Yr Ogof caves, which sit under the Brecon Beacons. After distillation, this limited edition expression was filled into Port casks that spent the following six months resting in the cool, dark caves.
