The Source Bourbon Barrel Aged Gin
A charming release from New Zealand's Cardrona Distillery for The Source range of gins. Produced with locally foraged botanicals, the gin has then been treated to a good few months rest in an ex-bourbon barrel. The handwritten label informs us that this 200 litre barrel hailed from the legendary Heaven Hill distillery. Delicious oaken fruit and vanilla notes come through here, a fabulous sipper neat, would add great body to a G&T too!
