A terrific gem of a gin from the Cambridge Distillery, made with Macedonian juniper and a selection of botanical capturing the essence of all four seasons. Cambridge Dry Gin features blackcurrant leaf, lemon verbena, angelica seed, rose petals, violet petals and basil and rosemary from the distillery gardens.
Fresh basil and lemon, with a kick of spicy juniper developing. A sweet hint of rose wafts through, plus some earthy, leafy hints longer.

Wow! Mindblower. These guys know exactly what they are doing even if you don't. To be honest this offers that totally straight, pure gin experience you've been looking for - London if you like - where the bitter, unfussy juniper takes the lead over all else without twittering about with too many botanicals, allowing such frivoloties to sink to the rear. Oh goodie. Straight gin. Almost makes you want to just freeze and drink it neat, or mix it with the straightest of tonics and pretend you're hanging out at the bar with Bowie in Berlin circa 1970s. As I said, total mindblower. Goodbye the everywhere else, hello Cambridge.
Great all rounder. I prefer their Japanese Gin in a martini, but this works just as well as a G and T, martini, or even neat.
Love this gin - lovely floral notes and zesty citrus. Fab!
