An elderflower variant of Buss No.509 Gin! Fragrant and elegant, this'll work very well with tonic water (or with lime juice, we reckon...).
A prickle of woody juniper and creamy angelica, up front, soon joined by light, sweet elderflower wafting in from all angles.

I find the gin fine I was looking for something else and I found that, funny they report that there is no elderflower nose there is nothing else that I prick, I was a bit worried by the color but after a long search I found out that they are macerate on blue berries. I think the gin is super.
Really unsure how I feel about this gin, the colour was initially interesting and once mixed gives a really different look to the standard G&T..... but the flavour is so off, I can’t pick up any elderlower tones, and actually can’t pinpoint the flavour at all! I’ve been looking up the ideal mix to have it with and will keep trying different combos of citrus/herbs to compliment it until I finish the bottle.
