Buss No.509 Cherry
A limited edition, fruity little number from Belgium-based Buss Spirits! Fresh cherries are macerated in the gin, hence the vibrant colour, and a hint of almond is also added for a Bakewell-esque flavour profile. It pairs very well with a floral tonic and a few mint leaves. Oh, and don't forget the cherry on top.
