The team at Burleighs stayed close to home with their inspiration for this gin, celebrating their stunning surroundings in the historic National Forest! Expert foresters were on hand to assist in selecting a range of local botanicals such as elderflower, blackberries, and wild cherries imparting some rich, earthy flavour to this classic gin. Spot on for a crisp G&T, should make a rather nice Martini too!
