Bullards Old Tom Gin
A lip-smacking Old Tom Gin from Bullards, based in sunny Norwich. This was released around the time the brand got a handsome, subtly maritime-themed redesign. The recipe for the Old Tom Gin is rather interesting, as the distillers have used Norfolk honey as well as mango to add the traditional sweetness, which has been balanced by a hint of pink peppercorn.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Powerful citrus, bolstered by the sweetness of honey and fruity mango. Juniper develops alongside the fruit notes, with hints of pepper and oak. Light spearmint freshness.
