The third Cuckoo Gin expression was made with help from the Bee Centre in Samlesbury, Lancashire. Cuckoo added natural honey from proud, Lancashire bees and an infusion of raspberries sourced from its own farm to its traditionally distilled gin to create a refreshing, summertime treat.
Bright juniper, crisp lemon and sharp raspberry lead, before touches of the honey sets in among toasted almonds and creamy vanilla. Orris, cinnamon and orange add vibrancy and spice.

This Gin is made down the road from where I live .They put their heart and soul into all their gins and they are legendary round here .This one is very smooth with the honey and raspberry notes but not too sweet .I like a Gin to taste like a Gin .Their signature Gin and spiced Gin are just as good .Treat yourself .
