Cuckoo Cask Aged Sunshine Gin
The folks over at Brindle Distillery took its Cuckoo Sunshine Gin, infused with honey and raspberries, and whacked it into bourbon barrels for 60 days! The vanilla notes imparted from the cask really shine alongside the sweet honey notes already in the spirit. Cask-aged gins make some intriguing twists to classic cocktails, so a gin Old Fashioned should be a good one to experiment with!
