Cuckoo Sunshine Gin
The third Cuckoo Gin expression was made with help from the Bee Centre in Samlesbury, Lancashire. Cuckoo added natural honey from proud, Lancashire bees and an infusion of raspberries sourced from its own farm to its traditionally distilled gin to create a refreshing, summertime treat.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Bright juniper, crisp lemon and sharp raspberry lead, before touches of the honey sets in among toasted almonds and creamy vanilla. Orris, cinnamon and orange add vibrancy and spice.
