Pin Gin Oak Aged
The folks at Bottomley Distillers have gone and crafted this cask aged variant of Pin Gin! The spirit was rested in heavily charred sherry casks, so there's some spicy, fruity and subtly smoky influence to this one. Cask-aged gins are always fabulous in a Negroni, so we reckon give this one a go!

Oily juniper and a touch of red fruit, with peppery oak, hints of citrus and a gentle smoky finish.
