Bone Idyll Blushing Pink Gin
An elegant gin from the Bone Idyll gang, who have decided to throw their hats into the pink gin ring! Steering clear of some of the sweeter styles out there, this expression sees pink peppercorn, raspberry leaf, and fresh raspberries macerated for seven days to impart delicate notes of fruit and spice. Should be ideal for G&Ts and delicate sparkling serves, garnished with a few fresh berries.

Soft raspberries, naturally sweet and sharp, balanced by floral juniper. A touch of zest leads to dried spices and aromatic prickles of peppery warmth.
