Description

A vibrant variation on the Boë Gin recipe, which has been infused with violets! Surely an excellent tipple for the summer months, this will go well in a classic G&T and likely make some dynamically colourful cocktails too...

Overall

Hugely floral, with classic citrus-forward notes cutting through cleanly.

The right amount of sweet

A perfect blend of sweetest whilst still staying true to an authentic gin flavour. Perfect with plain tonic, let the gin do the rest

Amazing

Tried this at the balloon festival and loved it along with Peach and Hibiscus and Pink Vodka!

Tried this at the Dome Edinburgh and was really surprised at how refreshing this was with Lemonade and ice. Lush!
