Boatyard Winter Solstice Gin
Winter Solstice Gin from the Boatyard Distillery in Northern Ireland shows off some of the fabulous flavours of winter – namely Christmas pudding! It's made with deconstructed Christmas pudding to highlight notes of orange, raisin, ginger, and more, and also features a helping of Sauternes wine to bring some sweetness to the palate.

Black pepper and oily juniper up front. Candied peels, vanilla, dried fruit, cinnamon, and anise.
