Summer in a glass from the gang at Blood Monkey! This edition of its Irish malt gin boasts the same botanical make-up, with a traditional recipe of juniper, rosemary, and citrus peel, but it's then treated to a fourth distillation with fresh and dried mango, plus lime leaves for a tremendously tropical profile. All natural, enjoy it sipped neat over ice, or top with soda for a refreshing sunshine serve.
It's a smooth gin but has a very odd unbalanced taste. Not what I was expecting and not something I would buy again. I'm not sure I would even say this has tropical notes.
