Produced in the Netherlands, Black Tomato Gin is made using black tomatoes as well as a few drops of sea water! Shows off a fascinating balance between sweet and savoury flavours - and ought to be excellent in a Red Snapper.

Overall

Herbaceous at first, before delicate vegetal sweetness builds and builds. Flakes of sea salt develop on the mid-palate.

If you need something to dip your fries in then this is for you. It may have been a great idea to try but hindsight is a wonderful thing. If I wanted tomato soups with ice I would have had a cold tin of Campbell’s.
