Gloriously floral gin here from Black Powder Gin in Lancashire. This expression was made using plenty of handpicked elderflowers, which are infused into the spirit to give it a light, fragrant flavour profile. If you're a big elderflower fan, you could pair it with an elderflower tonic and pop a few mint leaves in along with the ice for a deliciously refreshing tipple.
