Black Powder Lancashire Rhubarb Gin 3cl

The Black Powder Gin team has gone and made a gin featuring Lancashire rhubarb. Which makes sense, considering the distillery is based in Lancashire – if you've got delicious rhubarb growing right there, the clear thing to do is make gin with it! It's like that saying about lemons and lemonade. Anyway, this stuff is marvellous splashed in good tonic water with some fresh strawberries as garnish. Actually, now that we're thinking about it, maybe it would be good with lemonade, too...
