The gang at Cumbria's Black Cat distillery put their Christmas hats on when concocting this festive gin. Tangy orange leads the way here, backed by botanicals such as liquorice, nutmeg, cinnamon, and festive spices (but no cloves – which can sometimes take over the show). Enjoy this in a G&T with a slice of orange, or try it with lemonade, garnished with a grating of nutmeg.
