Another special delivery from Wadhurst, this Navy Strength version of the award-winning Birch Gin is a welcome addition to the range. The robust alcohol content brings out fennel, citrus and a vanilla woodiness along with the same Asian spices included in the original.

Nose
Birch syrup, fennel, juniper, citrus, cinnamon and cardamom.
Palate
Strong, but soft on the palate with hints of citrus and juniper and plenty of spice.
Finish
Ginger and a floral herbal note with lots of vanilla.
